Catalogue information
The website is an RFQ catalogue, not an online shop. Product references, descriptions, availability and lead times are indicative until confirmed in a written quotation.
Quotations and orders
A submitted RFQ is not an order. Commercial terms, price, condition, delivery, payment and warranty are established only in the quotation and accepted order documents.
Trade marks
Manufacturer names and part numbers identify compatibility and ownership of products. All third-party trade marks remain the property of their respective owners. Saporillo does not claim affiliation unless expressly stated.
Liability
Users must verify that a quoted product is suitable for the intended equipment and application. Nothing in these terms limits liability where exclusion is prohibited by applicable law.
